CoolGlide XEO Treatments for Pigmentation, Vein Removal and Laser Hair Removal
The CoolGlide XEO Laser utilizes two technologies simultaneously: pulsed light and a wavelength filter that reduces the amount of light energy emitted on the surface of the skin. This is called an Nd:YAG system, and it allows the CoolGlide XEO Laser to effectively treat the microvasculature of the facial skin, including spider veins, sun and age spots, and Rosacea, and a wide range of unsightly veins and spots on the legs. The CoolGlide XEO also offers a revolutionary laser hair removal treatment. As a treatment for rejuvenating the complexion, the CoolGlide XEO Laser reduces pore size and enhances the skins overall tone and texture by targeting and stimulating collagen proteins.

The CoolGlide XEO Laser hand-piece was designed ergonomically for the patient's comfort while giving the operator access to move easily around hard to reach contours of the body. The hand-piece is cool to the touch, and a pinching sensation may be felt when the light is pulsed on the target area. No anesthesia is necessary and there is no downtime needed after treatment. The procedure typically takes 30 minutes depending on the surface area and type of treatment.
CoolGlide XEO Laser Treatments specifically target the microvasculature of our skin tissue. The microvasculature is the smallest blood vessels and capillaries that tend to damage easily from factors of heredity, excess dilation or when the blood vessels are too close to the surface of skin.
Because the CoolGlide XEO Laser system filters out light emission to the skin's surface, it can also precisely target hair follicles of every thickness within any skin tone. Even fine hair on tanned skin can be quickly and easily removed using this laser system.

Signs of Rosacea
It may have started when you were younger. People said you blushed easily. Back then it was just a matter of avoiding unwanted attention and embarrassment. Now that you're older, you've begun to notice an increase of splotchy redness after you work out or after a game of basketball. But if the blotches aren't going away once you cool off, you may have what is commonly called Rosacea. Rosacea is thought to occur when blood vessels within the skin are damaged from excess dilation or when the blood vessels become permanently dilated. These blood vessels dilate because of changes in temperature, blushing, sun exposure and from consumption of some types of food and alcohols.
Skin Damage from Smoking
If you were a smoker and now that you've made the Herculean effort to quit you notice an increase of spider veins on your cheeks, nose or forehead, CoolGlide XEO Laser Treatment can reduce the damage from years of nicotine build up that causes the skin to lose nutrients, become thin, and inhibits the natural release of toxins through skin cell metabolism.
